Corey Bailey is a pastor and theologian who currently serves as an elder and the preaching pastor at New Testament Baptist Church in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Corey attended Wabash College and Thomas More College and obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Theology and an Associated of Arts in History. After his undergrad, he went on to receive a Masters of Divinity from United Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Religion at International Reformed Baptist Seminary.

Corey with his wife, Shelby, and son, Benaiah, live in Biloxi, Mississippi.

In 2021, Corey was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and under went chemo and radiation therapy before having surgery to remove a massive tumor from his leg. By the grace of God and a great team of doctors, Corey was declared cancer free after a successful surgery in July of 2021.

On October 3, 2021, Corey began pastoring New Testament Baptist Church in Biloxi, Mississippi. In September 2023, Corey published The London Standards: The Three Forms of Baptist Unity.
